Elisa, the two stirges and the halfling psycopath all take 7 damage from the blast, and are knocked back a square! Finneus falls another fifteen feet, but manages to grasp the chain at the exact height that Shyre holds on to. The halfling looks her straight in the eye, and grins. He attempts to kick her off the chain, but fails!

Crumnley Woodwell slinks forward, and fires a normal round through the stirge, killing it!

The second stirge fails to notice Crumnley's assault, and instantly flies back toward Troy, dealing 3 damage and latching on to his skin! While this grab is sustained, Troy will take 5 damage at the start of each turn!

It is now.. Elisa's turn!

She says as she shimmies one square down the chain.  Suddenly she stops and pulls out her noose.


"Oh, I just can't wait!" She tosses the noose at the hafling.

The halfling squirms and chokes, and his grip on the chain loosens. His pupils dilate. His breathing speeds up three times it's normal rate. "I.. I...."

"I... AM IMMORTAL..! MY MASTER PROMISED ME IMMORTALITY!"

The halfling grabs the noose with his bear hands, and rips it apart. He looks back down at Shyre, imagining all of the ways he can tear her apart. "I CAN NEVER DIE. NEVER! NEVER DIE NEVER DIE NEVER DIE NEVER DIE NEVER DIE NEVER DIE"

It is now... Troy's turn!

Troy's eyebrow raise at the mention of a master, his interest piqued. However, now was not the time to contemplate. He summons up some lightning and launches two arcs out at the halfling.

Lightning sears his flesh and courses through his body. His body goes limp, and falls from the chain. "Never... die......"

It takes a few moments of falling before you hear his body lands deep in the mine shaft.

It is now.. Elisa's turn!

Watching the evil halfling fall from the chain Elisa gives a thats-that nod to the air. About to wander off and explore the rooms she notices flapping and fluttering ahead of her. Its a poor trapped and frightened bird! Cooing to it she tries to calm and entice it to her.

Elisa seems to have confused "Stirge" with "Dove". Again.

The stirge violently screeches, spitting saliva and a venom like substance around. Cute, right? It doesn't seem entirely.. cooperative with sweet talking alone. You do manage to get it to let go of Troy's arm, however.

Crumnley scowls at Elisa's antics, not sure what to make of this. He rolls his eyes, and takes a shot at the bird, dealing 11 damage to it.

The stirge retaliates, flying towards Crumnley, biting and scratching at the outlaw, dealing 4 damage and grabbing him!

It is now.. Shyre's turn!

Shyre stares down into the mineshaft.

"I stand corrected... Killing things CAN be fun."

She grins hungrily at the Stirge "Here, birdy birdy...."
