The next chamber seems to be much larger than the last, the light of Leo's flashlight not able to completely pierce the darkness.

As Leo steps over the threshold into the next room, torches lining the wall of the massive room ignite. Leo stands a hairsbreadth away from walking over the edge of a seemingly bottomless pit. Another pedestal sits next to Leo and across the pit there seems to be another simple wooden door.

Leo turns to his friends, and gulps. "uh.. Xhiero, Susan? we.. We are going to need to tell the pit something.. truthful. To cross.
We need to tell it something we have been lying about, that we have been keeping a secret."

Susan frowns, her secrets are her secrets, she doesn't want to share them with anyone. But... getting across this pit was important. She opts for a truth that, while embarrassing, was mostly harmless.
She clears her throat.
"Despite constantly saying otherwise, I actually think Leo is an incredibly talented engineer. I'm often intrigued and amazed by the things he creates."
Susan frowns, her secrets are her secrets, she doesn't want to share them with anyone. But... getting across this pit was important. She opts for a truth that, while embarrassing, was mostly harmless.

Susan's secret resounded through the cavernous room and it begins to tremble.
A single square platform raises from the pit in front of the far door. There is a still a great empty space between you and the platform however.
