Faye shook her head towards the offer.

"Thank you for the offer, but I do no drink." He chuckled.

"That must be one of the reason why I am so boring."

"I've only just met you, but you don't seem boring to me." Vasani shakes her head and sits on the couch next to Faye. "Though I do find myself curious why you decided not to drink."

"I do not enjoy the bitterness of the drink. Secondly I prefer to be alert of my surroundings at all time for potential danger or anyone who needs help. The simple, goody two shoes reasons." She blushed and laughed at her own reasoning.

"How have you enjoyed your stay on the Seawolfe? I hope nothing has troubled you so far."

"I can see why that'd be a good idea, being a healer and all."

Vasani nods at Faye's question. "It's been interesting for sure. The lack of a human crew is a bit odd for me. It makes the ship so quiet. I'm far more used to the sounds of a rambunctious crew goofing off."

Faye sighed and nodded in agreement.

"I am afraid more people are interested in machines on this ship. It is rather quiet for my taste as well. I don't have much of a say since I talk to plants. Most people can't." She giggled.

"Will you be staying here for the night with Susan? We could give you a room."

"Oh, no. That's okay. I'll probably head back to my own ship for the evening." Vasani smiles. "I appreciate the offer though."

"Very well. Feel free to come over whenever you like. We have lots of fruits to share." Faye stood up for the couch and brushed her long hair away from her shoulder.

"Have a good night." She smiled at Vasani before heading back to her own room.

"I was afraid she would never leave..." Sloan appeared and slump down at the couch with a bottle of booze. "Heading back to your ship, love?"

Vasani bids Faye good night and stands up to leave herself when Sloan pips up. She turn to look at him with a smirk, "How long have you been here?"

She casts a glance over at the sleeping Susan and lowers her voice. "That was my plan. You staying here?"

    Sloan shrugged.

"I would stay just to piss her off, unless you need some company on your ship." He grinned towards her.

Vasani sighs wistfully and returns his grin. "If I had known you'd come offering company I would have taken up Faye's offer for a room."

She starts to head for the door, but turns back to Sloan. "A word of caution. She favors fireballs," she says, nodding towards Susan.

"It is not too late to take a room. Most of them are empty...I checked." Sloan watched as she walked towards the door. His eyes moved back to Susan and frown.

"I can always go back to your ship and sleep on the roof again."

Vasani shakes her head, putting her hand up to cover a yawn. "That sounds so uncomfortable."

She grabs Sloan's hand and pulls him out of Susan's room. She heads down the hall til she finds an empty room and heads inside, releasing Sloan as she immediately falls into the bed. "No stabbing me in my sleep, please."

Sloan stands next to the bed and stared at her while she slept.

"What the hell..." he growled. His eyes searched the empty room to look for something to sleep on, but it seems like a very unfurnished room with a bed. Sloan turned his back to the bed and sat down, leaning onto the side of the bed.

He held a dagger in hand but hidden under the ruffles of his sleeve. Taking in the room one last time before he closed his eyes.

Vasani wakes up the next morning to find Sloan asleep on the floor. She twists around to lay on her back with her head dangling over the edge.

"Why are you sleeping on the floor, pet?"

Finally waking up, Susan looks around with some confusion.

When did I get back here?

Shrugging Susan stands and pours herself a drink, and notices that her bottle was suddenly much lighter.

As she drinks and looks over paperwork, she feels the boredom setting in. With a sigh, she pulls out a sending stone and calls Vasani.

"Vasani, I take it you are responsible for the lage dent in my booze supply? Also, I'm boooooorrrreeeed."

Vasani pulls her sending stone out and grins sheepishly. "Guilty. Don't leave liquor out around me if you don't want it to be drunk."

"Oh, I was wondering how I ended up back in my room." She muses. "I am not really used to baths, I've always preferred showers. So, I suppose I wasn't really prepared for the heat. I don't seem to be experiencing any lasting ill effects though. What are you up to?"
