You watch as little Metah struggles, and you witness her(his?) body pale and dark purple ice crystalize over his(her?) body. Is that what you have been feeling..? Not wanting to witness it again, you rush over to help Metah. The sparks shoot out from your fingers again as you grasp the serpents, and successfully rescue Metah.

Tabitha, seeing Cameron struggling the most, goes to him to try to help him fight off the constricting shadows.
Phedre manages to pull herself out from her unconscious state, and Tabitha manages to resuscitate Cameron. The only problem now is.. what the hell do you do now?
On the other side of the terrace, something catches your eye.
You see.. a white blur. Between the snow and the night, you have a hard time getting a good glimpse, but it almost has a .. human looking figure about it. It moves as if it is panicking, like it has no where left to run. It reaches down towards a villager, trying to shake it awake, but you see a purple streak of lightning shoot out and burn the white blur. It recoils back, and before it can try again, it bounds backwards.
A giant, fierce snake head with bright green eyes slams forward, trying to bite down on the blur with it's massive fangs. A chase starts as the two dart back down to the lower terrace.
The majority of you RELUCTANTLY agree that, with the snake's body blocking your path to the Abbey's terrace, and with the mysterious white blur holding Jasper's attention, your best course of action is to follow them down to get some answers.
(Though this image shows Market Terrace, it is assumed you are on the steps between both Terrace's.)
As you run, you watch the white blur leap from rooftop to rooftop at incredible speeds, just barely out of reach of Jasper. The snake moves as if it has no end to his size.
Finally, as your party steps out on to the steps between the two Terraces, you witness the white blur retaliate with long, whip-like streaks of blue, ghostly flame. The whips scar the sides of Jasper, who drips black blood on to the ground near you.
But.. something isn't right. (As always).
The blood begins to coalesce. Suddenly, it springs to life, in the form of three large serpents! Roll Initiative!

As much as she wants to call Zenith and find out whats going on at the head of the snake, she can't leave these blood snakes to attack the helpless villagers. She pulls her sword and prepares to attack the closest blood snake.

You make a clean strike against the serpent, and successfully hide afterwards!
Your dagger deals 1d4 damage, and you can also deal 2d6 damage in sneak attack damage for striking first. You should be able to get sneak attack damage from either flanking the enemy or using stealth after this round.
