    "The same reason why Kain is staying here with you. I don't want to deal with the order. Actually, with my disappearance for the past couple weeks they most likely consider me a traitor. Happy now, love?"

    "Since when did my house become a half-way house for fucking pirates." Azazel sighs. "Whatever. You are not welcome to stay, but that never stopped you before."

    She turns on her heel and walks towards the kitchen. "Chocolate. I need lots of chocolate." She slices off another piece of cake and sits on the counter to eat.

    "Today is shit."

    "I rather disgust you then do something as simple as that." He continued to smile and stood up from the couch. Sloan opened the front door and walks out.

    Xhiero jerked awake from his sleep. There was a delay in pain before it finally hit him and he quietly release a stream of curses. His gaze turned to the window as he climbed out of bed and opened it.

    "Can't sleep..." He muttered and misty step onto the roof.

    Val was already asleep but woke up when he felt Susan lay down on top of him.
    He smiled and wrapped his arms around her before going back to sleep.

    Azazel finishes off her cake and sets the plate aside. She stares off into the distance, deep in thought. Eventually her eyelids grow heavy and she slumps over on the counter, falling asleep.

    Kain walks out of his room to find something to drink. He noticed Azazel passed out on the counter and backtracked into the room. Returning as fast as he left he uncapped a permanent marker and drew some crude drawings on her face before grabbing a glass of water.

    Kain sips his water as he examine his drawing before going back into his room.

    Aha, I've avoided a lecture about running off on my own. Susan smirks slightly against his chest before snuggling closer to him.

    "My lips were defiled, and you aren't awake to cleanse them..." She pouts.  


    Lexa creeps into the kitchen and nearly jumps out of her skin upon seeing Azazel asleep at the counter. She is a bit perplexed by the woman's new facial art but shrugs and exits the room, returning a few minutes later to drape a blanket over her shoulders.




    Mission accomplished, Lexa pours herself a glass of the chocolate milk that she had entered the kitchen in search of, before returning to the living room and settling on the couch with a book.

    Azazel wakes up with a sore back and neck from her awkward sleeping position and sits up with a groan. She looks at the blanket in confusion and drapes it over a chair after she hops down off the counter.


    She makes her way to her bedroom, rubbing her back, only to find Xhiero missing. "ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!"

    Once again Lexa nearly jumps out of her skin as Azazel shrieks, and she darts upstairs to Azazel's room to see if she's alright.

    Sitting up with a yawn, Susan kisses Val's forehead before slipping outside. She leans against a wall and lights a cigarette taking a long drag and breathing out with an exaggerated sigh.


    "I hate nature, but there is something to be said for the peace and quiet of being outside alone." She muses.

    Val jumped out of the bed at the sound of Azazel screaming and darted to her room. He peeked in to find that everything was okay and sigh.

    "Azi..." He shook his head and walked downstairs to the kitchen to make omelets.

    He grabbed her wrist and pulled her towards the bathroom, letting her stand in the mirror and looked at the doodles on her face.

    "Good morning." Val yawned as he slides the omelette onto a plate and pushed it towards Susan. He poured more batter into the pan to make another.

    She grabs a washcloth and starts scrubbing furiously at her face.

    Xhiero grabbed a cloth and tried to help her scrub it off but there is still faint marks of the drawing remaining.

    "If you keep scrubbing your face might come off." He disappeared into her her and returned before sitting her down on the toilet.

    "Close your eyes."
