"Well, there is the obvious of faking a marriage to someone to shut him up. Someone not of royalty would likely irritate him." Azazel shrugs and falls back onto the bed. "Or you can go through with one of his matches and completely ruin it."

"I do like surprises.." Xhiero shrugged with a smile and took Azazel's hand. They walked around the castle until he slowed down before a set of large, double doors. Xhiero lightly knocked on the door.
"Come in." A voice said from within.
He cracked the door open enough for both of them to enter before closing the door.
"Ah, what a surprise. You were always avoiding me and now you stand before me. Are you finally a grown man who is ready to accept marriage?" The man spoke without look up from his paper work.
"Perhaps. I'd like you to meet my..uh..lover....future wife, Azazel Morgenstern. Azazel this is Morden" Xhiero said stumbling for the right term.
The man stopped his writing and looked up. Scanning Azazel up and down.
"No! No! No! She is not good material. She dresses like a man. Doesn't put her hair up. Her posture...there's no elegence to it. We do not need another Celeste!"
"Who knows. I just made it up."

Morden attempted to glare back at Azazel but it was not hard to miss his trembling hand. His eyes darted to Xhiero who was trying to conceal his laughter.
"Your majesty! What have you brought into this kingdom? A DEMON!?!?! This is no woman." He gasp as he moved his chair back.
"Why yes...yes she is. A very beautiful, strong, and reliable woman at that." He stepped closer to Azazel and held her hand.
"Now if you will excuse us. I believe you still have more work to do." Xhiero said as he dragged Azazel out of the room and closed the door behind them. He starts bursting into laughter as he walked down the hall.
