"Like this." He smiled and rolled over to the side. Setting Azazel down between the cushion of the couch and him. Xhiero sat up and tucked the blanket around so she wouldn't get cold.

Val climbed up after her and and put away his hook. He shielded his eyes from the sun and smiled at the familiar land.

"I'll make up for that." Xhiero returned and set the mug down near the fireplace. He walked over to Azazel and scooped her up. Setting her down in front of the fire. Xhiero sat behind her and wrapped an arm around her waist. He handed her a larger mug of chocolate with his other hand.
"Isn't this better? More heat and chocolate."

The ship came to a slow stop as Val walked back to the center of the deck. He tried not to laugh at the door that had to be kicked down.
"Thank you for the ride. I guess this is were we part ways."

"I have a few men's below to row you to the shore."

"No I have a place..." Val frowned as he pushed his way through the thicker part of the forest. He finally picked up the scent and dragged Susan along.
"It's this way!" He said happily as they ventured further through the overgrown terrain.
"This is a good place to live so the hunters won't find me."
"I threatened to take you back home because you were sick. But if you are feeling better, we can stay longer." he smiled at her closeness.
