As they are interrupted by Azazel realization dawns on her face, and as Azazel walks away Susan finally answers.

"Ohhh! You mean sex?! Then yes. Absolutely."

Azazel shrugs and shakes her head. "I do not need anything in particular. Just bothering you." She runs a hand through her hair trying to clear it of debris and failing, deliberately ignoring his second question.

"Dammit Azzie."

He spread his fingers enough so he could peep at Susan from behind his hand.

"Did you just openly agree to sex? Do you even know...all the details about it?"

"I am not an infant, as I've said before I understand the mechanics. A scientist needs to know the basics of biology after all." With a grin she pulls a bagel and a banana out of seemingly nowhere. "Should I demonstrate? Also, why are you so shocked?"

Susan laughs loudly as Val hides her hands.
"Who am I going to scandalize? The dead people?"
Just in case she looks over at some seemingly empty seats.
"No offense..."

Returning her gaze to Val she smiles.
"Well, yes it would be. But the way I see it, I'd rather experience that for the first time with someone I ..I care about... even if it may not work out than end up getting married and being forced to lose it to him."
She looks almost self conscious for a moment.

"Is that crazy? I find that I can't always tell these days."

Azazel looks at him, confused, before remembering what he was talking about. "It was nothing. I merely understood how you felt about physical contact and emotions. You dislike unknown elements that you can not control." She motions to him picking leaves out her hair. "You are fine if you initiate it. Like when you push me."

"You humans are interesting. Especially when you are in love, you will lose your way. Only to find it again after a matter of time."

Val wrapped his arms around her and hugged her.

"If you ever lose to him...I know Susan Evensong is a strong woman who won't give over her heart and soul so easily to someone she does not like. Right now, I will do my best to protect you. I may not be the best man for you, but I want to try to be."
