    Behind the throne, the narrow passage leads to a land and steps which funnel out to the south as they ascend. There are six large steps, each made of a different material; onyx, pink marble, lapis, black marble, gold, and malachite. The walls of the chamber are made of untarnished copper panels set between rare woods inlaid with ivory. The ceiling is silver, formed so as to reflect and multiply light within the place.

    You don't.. notice anything off about the steps, but do notice their gleaming multicolored nature. You notice upon the forth step sits a large, cylindrical key of bronze.

    At the top of the steps sits a massive set of doors made of solid mithril, approximately 14 feet wide and 28 feet tall.

    As Manphia leans down to pick up the key.. it terrifies him. You nearly stumble back down the stairs backwards as you approach it. You refuse to let it near you.
