Lexa follows with a small smile and waves a hand over the shimmering liquid, suddenly an image appears within it. It appears to be Xhiero's bar, waving again the image is replaced by Azazel's house, and then the interior of Sloan's ship. She continues to wave and reveal various locations around the world.

Grabbing Sloans hand she pulls him to a strange pedestal next to the basin, in the center of which is what appears to be a keyhole. She motions at it and gives him a pleading look.

There is a strange almost grinding sound and the whole place suddenly feels more... grounded. Congratulations! You have just tethered this place to the physical realm instead of it floating in a pocket dimension thus making it accessible to anyone who wishes to make the trek! Mission accomplished!

Lexa's eyes widen and well with happy tears. Looking embarrassed she nods and swipes at her eyes with the back of her hand.

Etheyl wanders around, eyeing the frescoes. Her back was turned on the party, but her body tensed at Sloan's words. "Your blood". As the room grew more tense, she listened to the sound of Lexa's writing, and their responses. Etheyl didn't need to see her words to figure out what the situation was. She put her hand firmly around one of her daggers. Not like this. She refused to turn around.
Etheyl's body relaxed all at once at Azazel's response as she walked back out the door. The dagger dropped to the floor. She strides over to Lexa and gives her a firm hug, trying to blink away her own tears at her released tension. She got up and turned to follow the others out the door, pausing to consider her dropped dagger. No, I have others.

Returning Etheyl's hug with the desperation of a drowning man clinging to driftwood, she attempts to smile comfortingly. She follows Etheyl and grabs her hand, pausing to look at Sloan and point at the rest of a group with a questioning expression. The message is clear enough.
