"That woman...I need to fetch my girlfriend. You can go home ahead." He stomps back into the barracks to find Susan.

"You're awake already? That is barely enough sleep." Xhiero frowned when he noticed Lexa had woken up.
"I think everyone left the house and it is just us..."He stood up and put the chair back where he had taken it from.
"Normally as a child, you should be excited about that and run around the house doing whatever you want." He turned and narrowed his eyes at her. "Annnnything. Pretend I am not here and do something. Anything you always wanted to do but you were not allowed to."

Azazel takes advantage of Val's distraction and high tails it home in record time. As stealthy as she is able, she slinks into her bedroom and quickly changes out of her bloodied clothes before fetching the first aid kit.

Lexa looks up at Xhiero with a confused expression. Having the freedom to desire something and actually try to do or obtain that thing was a concept to her. Finally she shrugs and wanders outside to glare determinedly at a tree before trying to climb it.
