"Oops, did I hit too hard?" He blinked and poked her cheek. Val gather his things and laid them on top of Susan before carrying her to their bedrooms. He sets her down on the bed and dropped an ice pack over her head. Val laid down next to her and stared at the ceiling.
Xhiero was surprised by her blush and smiled even wider.
"That is the look I was trying to get out of you." He grabbed her chin and lifted her head for a kiss. He pulled away slightly and licked along her jawline.
"I don't think you like peanut butter chocolate covered in flour. That doesn't sound appealing at all."
