One thing Zieffar notes is that this man doesn't seem to be a faerie, but otherwise sees nothing remarkable about him.

Leaving much of the Untamed Wilds to the demons and what other fey try to carve out a piece for themselves. Not all faeries are happy with this status quo."
"There have been whispers amongst the Winter Court of a revolution of sorts. To reclaim the Feywilds in the name of the fair folk." She turns her bright gaze towards Susan, watching her closely. "As you can imagine, there is no way for that to happen peacefully."

"Revolutions by nature tend to be the opposite of peaceful." Susan agrees thoughtfully. "Were the victims people of political import? Or people that would in some way hinder or assist such a revolution?"
