    "Oh?" Val searched around his pockets.

    "I think I might have dropped it..." He let out a nervous laughter. Val turned to the little urchin.

    "Well, I played with you guys long enough. It is time I head back home. Take care of yourselves. I'll drop by when I can."

    The boy smiled and nodded to Val before taking off.

    "Since my darling sister came all the way here to visit me. What shall we do?" He pulled her in and nuzzled her. "Sibling bonding time. This makes me happy."

    "WHAT!?!?! I will murder them all for laying a hand on my adorable sister." Val bared his teeth as he clenched his fist.

    "Freedom? Simple and silly, right? I grow bored of working for them. It is beginning to feel like the life of slavery that I grew up with."

    Azazel pulls Val into a small diner and slides into a booth before flipping through the menu. "So, have you just been playing with your little urchins while we were gone?"

    "Well, they've become quite an inconvenience to me lately, and you've saved my ass multiple times, I suppose I don't mind lending my assistance."


    Leaning back, she pulls out her flask and takes a long swig.

    "I was walking around looking for you guys. Then though I pick up any work I can find to keep me busy, but instead I bump into these lot. They are kinda cute, especially when you brew them up some soup on the side of the street." Val chuckled and flipped through the menu.

    "It's been awhile since we spent time..as sibling. Both of us have been busy with our significant other."



    "A couple days. I need to gather information about their locations and how many men I have left." Sloan sigh.

    "At this point, it is just Kain and I. They have taken over my ship and my second in command is not working for them."

    A waiter comes up to the table, asking for their orders. "A cheeseburger with everything." Azazel folds up her menu and hands it over.

    Looking back at Val, she nods. "It is true. I have missed having you in the house already."

    "I didn't realize it was your place, remember love? Although it is much closer to the docks for me to investigate matters. Might not be a bad place to stay at for a few days." Sloan grinned.

    "Sorry, I must have spaced out. If I get back my ship, it will spare the both of you the misery of me staying at your place. Correct?"

    "Although, one of the things I've been tasked with working on comes equipped with a bed. I think it is going to be used for some sort of espionage... you can certainly borrow that if you like. However, I don't do charity, if you are in my house, I at least expect you to prevent other less charmingly handsome vagrants from breaking in."
