They rode quite a ways down the mountain. Xhiero stopped his horse near the docks at the entrance of an abandoned building. He patted the horse and walked looked around the area, both at the ships and the buildings.

"Out of curiosity. Can you give yourself ears and a tail like your brother?"

"I wonder who is the uncomfortable one right now." Hakuzo smiled. His hand holding onto her wrists.

"I think we are straying away from the subject now. Tell me what is it you want me to do to make up for all that trouble you went through."

Susan squirms slightly and tries to prevent another blush from crossing her face.

"I... seem to have forgotten."

She offers him a wry grin.

"I think I may have been distracted by something. I wonder what distracted me...."

He pulled a cloth over his nose and mouth.

"Just a warning, this has nothing to do with my reaping job. Tending to some matters in Craze's place."

"Perhaps we can do other things in the the mean time. Maybe you will remember later." He lowered his head and kissed her.

Azazel stares at Xhiero blankly. "You are serious?" She shakes her head. "I get way more than one cookie."

A fluffy black tail and a set of ears materialize, the tail already twitching in agitation, and she starts walking down the street. Next time I will just read a book when I am bored.

Xhiero laughed at Azazel's discomfort as he followed behind her.

As they walked a couple blocks down, the sounds of footsteps could be heard in all directions. A couple thugs came out of hiding, pointing their daggers towards Azazel and Xhiero.

"This one is a pretty one, fellahs. I think the boss will give us a raise for her." The man smiled at Azazel, showing a couple missing teeth. He gave her a wink while running his head across his bald head. "Why don't you come quietly with us and we won't have to play dirty."

Hakuzo noticed her dazed look, his smile growing wider. He shrugged at her question.

"I have nothing in mind at the moment. Any fun games you know of?" He brushed his hand through her hair, trailing it down the side of her cheek.

"Th-that depends..." Her voice suddenly sounds a bit strangled and she squirms to put some distance between them.

Azazel leans down into the man's face, a feral grin on her face, and whispers. "What fun is there in coming quietly?"

Pulling her axe from her back, she ignites it and cleaves at the two nearest thugs.

The first screamed in pain before his cries faded away with his life. The second backed away but quickly regain his courage and lunged towards her.

"You bitch! We didn't want to damage the goods, but now we have no choice."

+ 3 attack bonus for each thug.
2 attack Azazel and 2 go for Xhiero

"You know I am not the brightest thing on the block with it comes to intellectual things." He moved away from her and sat down next to Susan. "I am more of the physical type."

Hakuzo laughed and flexed his arm at her.

"I probably beat you to an arm wrestling match. You will beat me to word games."

Feeling a mixture of relief and slight disappointment Susan sits back up and grins at him.

"Oh, I don't know. I did lift those boulders. I can be pretty tough!" Susan pretends to flex with a smirk.

"However, you have a point. Can you think of any games that would be fair to both of us? I find that I'm at a loss..."

Azazel throws her head back and laughs when the one dagger manages to prick her. "I do not think you could damage these goods if you tried." She reaches out and grabs the man's throat, burning him.

He laid down next to her and stared at the ceiling.

"Nope, too tired to think that hard. Sorry." He turned to look at her.

"What is with the disappointed look. Were you expecting me to do something to you? Something naughty?" He laughed.
