    Val let go of Azazel and sniffled. He steps away and ran out the door.

    Azazel sighs. "I will never understand that one." She eyes Susan and her popcorn before shaking her head and going up to the nearest penguin. "A bottle of some manner of alcohol please."


    Upon getting her bottle she heads back upstairs and flops on her bed. "I told you a lock would not do anything."

    Susan walks downstairs to the bar area and looks for Xhiero.

    "Xhierooooo! Val won't play with me! Socialize with me, I'm borrrrrreeeed!"


    Skull Crusher chuckles slightly and kisses Azazel on the forehead. "Such a close knit family."

    "Did you two get into a lover's quarrel? I am by far the last person you can have on your list for socializing. You need a drink?"

    Azazel huffs and tugs Skull Crusher on to the bed with her. "More like a pain in the ass family. I truly do not understand them sometimes." She looks over at Skull Crusher. "Is your family this insane?"

    Susan shoots Xhiero a glare.

    "First of all, we aren't lovers. Secondly, I could always use a drink. And thirdly, why wouldn't I want to socialize with you? You're a reaper, a bartender, an artist, and certainly the best cook I've ever met."

    She says the last part extra loudly with a smirk, but then starts to frown slightly.

    "I may be worse company than I initially realized. Val certainly seems to run away from me constantly." She looks at Xhiero imploringly "You're someone I barely know, do I seem that unpleasant?"    '

    "Well, my family has its annoying points, but I'll admit they are a bit tame in comparison to recent events."

    His eyes shifted to the side at Susan's compliment, it seems to be Xhiero's way of blushing.

    "Thank you for your kind compliments." He turned away to grab some bottles from the shelf behind him. "You did almost get me eaten by a snake when we first met. Setting that part aside, I suppose you aren't a bad person."

    "Maybe your man friend has some complications he needs to gets straighten out. You should give him some time alone for him to recuperate. Brotherly love is complicated."

    Xhiero smiled and begin to do his bartending shyt.

    Mildly amused at Xhiero's reaction to being complimented Susan silently watches him work for a few minutes.

    "So, were you a bartender before your sister came into possession of this place, or did you learn how to bar tend afterwards? Because you're kind of amazing, where do you pick up skills like that? "


    "Whatever we decide to do, you won't be awake for much of it if you drink any of that stuff." Skull Crusher points at the bottle with a grin before pulling Azazel to rest against his chest.

    Susan laughs with delight as the drink bursts into flames. "I don't know what a Lamborghini is, but for some reason I feel like I want one!"

    Happily enjoying the drink Susan continues to force small talk upon Xhiero.

    "So, if humans don't typically visit your bar, what type of beings usually visit?"

    "Ahh a Lamborghini is a type of transportation vehicle from a world I visited. Don't worry about it..." He put the glass down and poured another drink. Sliding it down the bar counter away from Susan.

    "The deceased."

    The glass stopped on its own a few seats away. There appears to be a misty haze looming over the seat. The glass levitates up and tilts as if someone is drinking. The fluid slowly disappears and the glass is placed back down on the counter.

    "I manage to convince Craze to let some of the dead stay here until they can reunite with loved ones. I ferry those who are ready to cross to the other side using a boat in the back garden...which your friend borrowed."

    Susan's eyes widen and she leans closer to Xheiro.

    "That... is a neat trick. Do your eyes do that on command? Or is it an involuntary reaction to external stimuli? Can you do it again?"

    Realizing that Xhiero has asked her a question Susan pauses.

    "I dunno, he has been running away so much lately, maybe he wants to be alone. What do you think? You're a bartender, that practically makes you a registered therapist." Susan smirks while still covertly studying his eyes.

    "I apologize for offending you. However, I feel that your tone is not necessary, I was merely curious. You're the one whose eyes suddenly started turning red, unprovoked, I might add."

    She takes another sip of her drink and appears to be sulking slightly. "...dick..."
