    He reached for her hand and got up. Val continues to hold onto Azazel's hand and pulls her in for a hug. He nuzzles her head like a little puppy and makes whimpering sounds.

    "My little sister is so strong. I am a sad big brother who won't ever be able to protect his sister."

    Val tried to tickle Azazel where her armor was opened.

    "I thought it would only be natural..that you would find him right when you returned. Isn't that usually how love is?" Val squatted down next to Azazel.

    The usual nurse penguin trotted out and healed their wounds. It peeped and let out an error message, needing refill. The penguin tilted its head at the two and left when no action was taken.

    Azazel scowls at the penguin before looking back to Val. "Why do you assume I am in love with him? I enjoyed his company, yes." She stares down at her axe, pulling out a whetstone and begins to sharpen. "However, I knew him but a few days; I can not love that quickly. It is not in my nature."


    After a moment she stands and pulls Val along with her. "Come. Your wounds need tending. Perhaps there is another contraption around."

    Val prodded at his bell and looked around the room. He noticed the lab doors were repaired but did not want to venture into that room again. His attention went to the other doors that line the opposite wall. Quietly Val crept over and tugged at the knob it was locked.
