The door creaked open.
Somewhat the room
This time it wasn't a closet but the room wasn't so big either. It was very dim and lined with shelves of art supplies. The smell of musk, paint, and paper hit them in the face. Val slowly crept in and looked around.
"Looks like a small art studio." He approach the desk and picked up a pile of paper. Most were just vague sketches of the human form. Nothing finished in particular.

Suddenly a broom came down upon Azazel and Val's head while they were snooping around.
"What do you two think you are doing in my studio?" Xhiero put the broom down against the wall. "Were you trying to look for something?"

"Hey! He was the one snooping." Azazel scowls at Val and rubs her head. "You would throw your sister to the wolves like that?"
Since they've already been caught, Azazel lets her eye wander around the studio a bit more. She tilts her head and looks at Xhiero. "I will bake you a cake if you draw something for me again."

Just as Susan was walking down the stairs. Val was darting up the stairs. He ran into Susan and knocking her onto the ground. Val landed on top of Susan, luckily he was not very heavy.

"I thought I heard someone saying you can't cook or bake." Xhiero walked past Azazel and put the paper back into the stack. He straighten the pile and put it away into a drawer.

Azazel looks surprised. "Really? I had not expected you to agree... Very well, you shall have a cake." Determined she marches off to find Val.
As she makes her way up the stairs she finds a pile of Val and Susan. "Ugh, can you two not wait till you get to your rooms?" She lifts Val up by the back of his collar. "Brother, I need you to write down a recipe for a cake."

Susan winces at the pain of being knocked to the floor and glares at Val before turning slightly red as he compliments her.
"What are you trying to escape from so quickly? And be aware that compliments won't save you from punishment."
At Azazel's comment she becomes flustered with irritation and embarrassment.

"No! We weren't doing that! I just ran into her and knocked her down." He rambled and stopped when Azazel asked for a cake recipe. He looked at her confused.
"You are actually going to try and bake? What has become of you, Azi." Val reached into his pocket and pulled a tattered piece of parchment and a worn down pen. He scribbled a simple recipe down and handed it to her.
"Don't burn down the inn or else..." His eyes darted to the art studio where Xhiero was.
