    After the spell was cast, Xhiero stood up and retreated back to the bar after Val.

    He grabbed the fox demon by the collar and shook him.

    "What do you think you are doing! I swear you piss me off just as much as her other brother."

    "Now, now. You should be happy I am not like Demetri otherwise I would be stabbing you in your sleep for being so close to Azi-chan." Val smiled and patted his hand.

    "Since we are in on the topic. How do you feel about my sister? She's adorable right? A fine lady who swings a large axe around and causes a bloody mess wherever she steps foot. Just the type every man wants! You are lucky that she wants you to cook for her...for eternity. Sounds almost like a proposal don't you think?"

    Xhiero sighed at the blabbering demon and dropped him. He picked up his unfinished cup of juice and goes to his room where Val wouldn't follow.

    Azazel finishes her bath and encases herself back in her armor before stomping back into the bar and stands in front of Val. "What the hell was that about? I was not..." She starts coughing again when she tries to finish her sentence. She growls and covers her face with her hands.

    Regaining her composure, Azazel crosses her arms and stares at Val. "Explain yourself."

    Val raised an eyebrow at Azazel coughing. He placed his hand on her forehead.

    "Are you not well, sister? Shall I got grab Xhiero again to take care of you?" He studied her to see if she was alright.

    Val ignored her command and continue to check up on her.

    To Val's eyes, Azazel seems fine. If not more angry than normal.


    "Leave Xhiero alone. I am... " More coughing. "Argh! Fine!" Azazel plops down on the couch. "It would seem my last target was prepared for me. I still fulfilled the contract, but as you saw I was wounded pretty badly. There was also a witch there. Before I could cut her down she cast something on me in another language. And now I find that whenever I try to lie the words get caught in my throat. Hence the coughing." She runs her hands through her hair.

    Val stood up and sat down next to Azazel.

    "Fine you don't have to tell me if you like Xhi Xhi or not. But do let me know that you are not going to roll over and die from coughing over night." He wrapped his arms around her and starts to nuzzle her head.
