"Yes? I feel lazy." He takes another sip from his tea and looked through a drawer with his free hand. He pulled out a cookie cutter with a skull and cross bone shape. When the oven ringed he pulled it out and slide it towards Azazel.
"Go crazy"
"Ow! Not the hair. Owwww Oww!" He winced in pain at her noogie and tried to break free. Val grabbed her waist and starts to tickle her.

Susan starts to laugh as Val tickles her.

Azazel takes the cookie cutter and starts punching out little skulls and crossbones from the giant cookie and places them on a plate. Once complete, she starts eating the leftover cookie bits.

Val freezes as a shiver goes up his entire body. He seems to have froze and is unresponsive to anything else Susan does.
"When did you develop such a liking to sweet things? Do tell of your story with your first experience with mint too." he said as he watched her eat the cookie bits. Xhiero poured her a glass of milk and placed it in front of her.

Susan blinks and pulls away studying him curiously she gently pokes his cheek.

"Such a strong reaction, do you find it disgusting? Or is it a sensitivity thing? What if someone were to kiss or Nibble your ear? Would that elicit a similar response?"

Azazel accepts the glass with a nod of thanks and looks upward as she thinks. "Let us see. I imagine I experienced them both around the same time. Mint often finds its way into dessert for some reason."
"I remember my first dessert was a giant slice of chocolate cake. I was quite young and it was one of my first trips out of the wilds and into human civilizations. An old woman found me wandering around and had taken me in and gave me some cake while we waited for my 'parents' to find me."
She smirks. "Demetri and Val were not happy to have to come get me."
"After that I snuck into whatever town I could and started visiting the bakeries. It was probably at one of these that I happened across something with mint in it." She makes a face. "What about you? Have you always enjoyed sweets and baking?"

"It felt...very chilling." He tried to describe the feeling but couldn't. "I don't think I would react to it the same if someone were to pet my ears. Petting feels very nice actually."
He nudged Susan with his head, his ears flicking at her cheeks.
Xhiero laughed at the backstory.
"Did one of them have to pretend to be the mother?"
He smiled and sat down in a stool.
"I wasn't fond of sweets until after I died. I guess I was too busy while I was alive to enjoy these things. It was dark times. War and famine so sweets were hard to come by." Xhiero rested his chin on his hands as he smiled.
"I just remember being very cold and unhappy after I died and nothing seemed to cheer me up until one day...he gave me a bag of candy and told me to cheer up. Ever since I have a fondness of sweet things. Baking became a hobby then cooking because food seems to win the hearts of most people. It seems to make them...happy."

"I was pretty bad when I started out. It was embarrassing but my failures motivated me to push harder. When I make a dish, I think of the people who will eat it. I want them to be happy or cheer them up. Enough of that cheesy stuff."
He chuckled at her.
"Ahh, perhaps that is the reason why my intimidation does not work on you the majority of the time. I am afraid I am much too kind for that."

An annoyed sigh escapes her and Susan reluctantly stands.
"I'll be back in a moment."
With that she follows Fluffernutter outside. As they walk away irritated bickering can be heard, followed by a sudden silence.
She does not return in a moment, or even a few moments. In fact, it has been a few hours and she still hasn't returned. Odd...

Val tapped his fingers against the bar counter, waiting for Susan to return. He watched as the clock ticked from minutes to hours. The demon finally had enough and pushed himself from his seat, following where the two had gone.
