The more Val talks, the redder Susan gets, her heart beginning to race uncontrollably.
Feeling a mixture of irritation, relief... and maybe very slight disappointment. Susan presses a hand against her rapidly beating heart, willing it to slow down.
"Y..you're always so good at teasing me." She says with a sigh, scratching Val's ears.
The fox leaned towards her scratching and closed its eyes.
"When you get better, then you can play with me. For now you need as much rest as you can get."
It opened its eyes and looked at Susan.
"Did you really want the chains?"
"I am afraid it could be that I am eager to get away from here. The atmosphere is rather suffocating at the moment." He looped a finger inside his collar and tugged at his shirt to loosen.
"Being bound to you is an interesting concept... Because I'm already yours" She says with a shrug.
"But not really, no. Unless it is something you desire. However, when you get all sly and confident like that, I find that I can't help but have a reaction." She looks mildly embarrassed and tries to find something interesting to examine on the wall directly behind Val.
"Shall I be more...confident towards you?" He sits up on her lap and turned to look behind him before gazing back at her face.
"It is funny how you blame me for giving you feelings and changing you. I feel that you have done the same to me. I feel...nicer towards people. Not that I was nice before, but I was nice with purpose of tricking them into lowering their guards."
Sloan closed his eyes as she kissed him and returned her gaze with a grin.
"Excellent. Pack your belongings and let's set sail, love."
"Very well." Azazel heads back to her bedroom to pack her things only to find Val and Susan still there.
"Sorry to interrupt. You two will have the house for.. a while, I suppose. We are going.. sailing." She grabs her bag and armor, circling the room to ensure nothing was forgotten. She ruffles Val's fur and waves to them before heading back to the kitchen.
"Could be that feeling called, love." The fox rolls back and forth on her lap and gnaws at the rope.
The fox watch as Azazel packed her belongings up hastily and ruffled his fur.
"Indeed. Let's paint the entire place pink."
Sloan was leaning against the wall near the front door when Azazel returned. He was playfully flipping the dagger she had given him in the air and catching it.
"Ready, love?" He snatched it in mid air and tucked it away inside his boot, turning towards the door.
Klumn casually watches from the living room as the two head for the door, while he sips a small cup of tea. Though the bard is skimming the dark tome before him, he is more interested to see Azazel so thrilled over going on a boat trip. He chuckles to himself.
"Sounds like fun." He says to Azazel. He gives her a smile. "Enjoy your trip!"
"We will mess her house real good and then elope somewhere where she will never find us." The fox joke and jumped off of Susan's lap. He turned back into a human and remove the rope from his neck.
"Thinks are going to be really boring around here now...We should barge in on Xhiero. He might be happy if we throw glitter on him."
Sloan courteously bowed to Klumn before he disappeared out the door. He drow led Azazel back to Kevash and towards his ship waiting at the docks. They climb aboard the ship full of drunk sailors horsing around.
"You will get use to them. If they annoy you too much....just give them a good beating." Sloan placed his finger into his mouth and whistled for the crew to set sail. He yells out a word that sounds elvish before heading towards his cabin.
"What? I'm not exciting enough for you? However, I'm certainly not opposed to pestering Xhiero." Susan grins and starts walking towards the bar before freezing.
Azazel follows him aboard the ship and watches the crew goof off with curiosity before following Sloan into his cabin. She drops her bag in a corner out of the way amd looks around the cabin with interest. "So, do you have a destination in mind?"
"Lexa? I thought...Etheyl was with her." Val frowned.
"We pretty much left them here during the whole Black Rose incident." The demon shrug.
"Hey...Lexa is a child. It is time we teach her how to be one." He pulls out a crayon stick and starts doodling on Azazel's wall.
"Always, love. My mind is always planning my next trip and business." he taps his head and unrolled a map onto his desk. It is covered in routes and towns. Some that Azazel can't seem to recognize. They must be in different realms. Sloan's finger lands on a small island. You notice that it is a day's travel from Valen'dora.
"The island of Sorahel. Small...but sometimes the smallest of places harbors the most fascinating things."
Azazel studies the map over his shoulder and nods. "Sounds good."
She takes a seat and slings her leg over the armrest. "So, what do you typically do to pass the time on these treks? I must admit, I usually go a little stir crazy on ships."
"I play with whatever is on board. Harassing people. Counting loot. Planning." He pace in a circle around Azazel and leaned towards her ear from behind.
"Having a good time with a beautiful woman." Sloan whispered into her ear. A hand slides down the side of her cheek.
"Did something bad happen on a ship? Perhaps I can change that."
Sloan frowned when Klumn appeared in his cabin.
"I was not expecting company. What can I do for you, sir?"
"Well may be I never seen elephant before in my life. May be Lexa doesn't know what an elephant is and we can say it is a mushroom falling into...a pan! Yes! A pan. Because 50 ingredients three times a day is how a child's diet should be." Val scribbled out a pan under her penis elephant.
Susan rolls her eyes and is about to make fun of his penis mushroom, when someone pounds out "A shave and a haircut" on the front door. Stiffening she turns to the door, already turning pale.
"That knock... I know that knock!" She says with a groan, as she walks towards the door.
