RP Free for All: Chapter 11

"Trouble with the Dimensional Door?" She asks with a smirk as she hands back his violin and tome.

"MY LITTLE SONGBIRD!" A voice bellows as a pair of arms envelope Val in another bone crushing hug.

"Wait... you aren't Susan." Fredworthy declares looking down at the person he is currently crushing with confusion.

"No...sir. It seems your lovely little Song Bird took off." Val managed to say while catching his breath. "But it is good to see you too, sir."

The demon tried to give the man a bone crushing hug in return.

"Indeed. I'll help you create some memories you will never forget." He leaned in closer to Azazel and gives her a wink.



"Let's hope the sea won't be too rough tonight." He said before kissing her. Sloan pressed Azazel against the table and leaned over her, still kissing her.

"Captain! Excuse me! I am so sorry, sir." A small dwarf stood at the door shaking. His eyes almost popping out of his socket with fear. "I-I am afraid on of the goods..got loose."

Sloan looked up at the shaking man with eyes with a sharp glare. He pulled a dagger from his belt and threw it at the dwarf. The dagger landing cleaning into his throat.

"You forgot to knock you moron." Sloan snap his finger as a mist appeared near the door and kicks the corpse out before closing the door and dispersing.

"Sorry about that, love."

The member 'Xhiero/Val' has done the following action : Roll them dice!

Fredworthy laughs and claps Val on the back with enough force to send him stumbling forward.

"A good effort my boy! A good effort! I can feel the spirit flowing through you!"

Susan claps while trying to reign in her laughter. 


"Well, I'm impressed!"

"Ah you recognized that tune? I knew I liked you, boyo!" Fredworthy declares with a hearty laugh.

"Father, you've ignored his question. And it is one I'd like an answer to as well. Why are you here?" Susan asks from her spot leaning against the wall. How long as she been there?

'Aelstraaaa!" The scientist is soon enveloped in a bear hug despite her protests.

"You didn't come home for your birthday! I brought you a present."

Susan winces as the wind is knocked out of her, and as he successfully manages to aggravate already painful injuries.

"Faaatthhherr... put..me... down..." She squeaks out, but Fredworthy does not seem to hear it.

"That is because it isn't my birthday." She hisses as she is finally released.




"Oh, I'm a bit late. Her mother refused to tell me where she was at first. Said I'd be a nuisance, she gets the silliest ideas sometimes. Luckily, she cannot resist my wiles for long!"

Fredworthy waggles his eyebrows and laughs before continuing.


Actually, my sweet little songbird shares her birthday with Fernando. It was so adorable when they were children, we'd put her in the prettiest, pinkest, dress we could find and we'd have them spend the whole day together. Once her mother even handcuffed them together! That was a laugh.... I could never understand why my Little Songbird stopped celebrating her birthday..." 

He trails off frowning, mustache quivering sadly, tears staring to trail down his face.

"Make him stop!" Susan whispers desperately to Val.

Fredworthy suddenly brightens, tears instantly vanishing.

"Oh? You're inviting me to stay for a few days? How kind of you, my boy! I'll unpack and be back downstairs in a shake of a lamb's tail!"

Chuckling happily, he marches up the stairs carrying a ridiculously piece of luggage.

Susan watches the Fredworthy leave with a perplexed expression.


"Why do I feel like we were just tricked into something?"
