"I already eat food, not as much as you. But, certainly more than I used to. What more do you want from me?"

Azazel looks up at the house in silence a moment before fishing the key out of her pocket and unlocking the door. She wanders through the rooms, making a list in her mind. "Going to need to buy some furniture."

She frowns slightly as Val ignores her and takes another sip of her drink. Gears seem to be whirring in her head, processing something. She is glaring at the counter so hard, it is amazing that it hasn't burst into flames.

"I guess I am stuck sharing the bedroom with you unless you don't mind having someone sleeping in your closet."

"We should go get your armor repaired. The furniture trip will help us pass time while it is being fixed."

Susan doesn't seem to register Val's words for a moment, but finally lifts her gaze to his.
"You wouldn't lie to me about what happened that time I was kidnapped, the one I can't remember.... would you?" Something flickers behind her eyes.

Rolling her eyes, Azazel takes his hand and heads for the door. "We practically share a bedroom already. No sleeping in the closet."
Heading towards the main drag, she makes a beeline for the blacksmith and gives the smith the pieces of her axe for repair.
"I wonder if I should bother repairing the armor or just buy a new set..." She mumbles and starts looking at the suits of armor on display.

"I..." He looked at her confused. " I remembered you were kidnapped by a gang of thugs. They took you to their hideout. Dressed you up like a doll and...that man touching you. He got mad at you and hit you unconscious. I felt useless...and that's when my memory starts to get cloudy. Something happened...I don't know. Fluffernutter might be able to tell you....I remember his face. You were still unconscious." Val rubbed his forehead trying to think harder.
"It is up to you. Would be nice to have a back up suit." Xhiero waved for Azazel to go look at the set and try them of if she wished. He made himself comfortable in a waiting chair and watched her.

Azazel nods her agreement and spends sometime carefully scrutinizing the armor sets before selecting one. She gives the smith her measurements and handles him a pouch of money.
She heads over to stand in front of Xhiero, finished with her shopping. "Have anything you need to do while we are here?"

"Sounds like a plan." Azazel smiles to herself as they walk, pleased the phrase 'our home' doesn't send her running.
In the home goods store, Azazel turns into a force to be reckoned with. She moves isle to isle scrutinizing every piece of furniture with the same keen eye she used when selecting her armor. After hounding the salesmen about material quality, longevity, and other odd details, she eventually places a sizeable order to be sent to the house.

Xhiero quietly tagged along behind Azazel watching her carefully select the decor. Shopping was just as intense as battle. The reaper eyes the list when she was gone. Xhiero bumped her aside and paid for the order. He turned away and let out a sigh.
"I never gone on a shopping trip this intense." He grinned at her. "But I truly enjoyed it. Better then digging through countless pink gowns that's for sure."
He walked her towards the dining area of town.
"Food sounds good to pass the time right now. What about you?"

Susan sighs and stands , slipping behind the bar and wrapping her arms around him.
"I can be such an inconvenience at times, I'm sorry. Thank you for saving me back then. Don't worry about remembering, I'm sure it's nothing." Susan smiles brightly at him, but frowns slightly when he looks away.

Xhiero picked a random stand on the side of the street. A small booth with limited seating at their counter, luckily the corners were open. He ordered a bowl of ramen and turned to look at Azazel.
"Is there a hatred of noodles that I do not know of for you?"

"We could try asking Fluffernutter, I suppose, however, I've questioned him before on the subject with no results." Susan frowns. "I don't know how else to find out though."
