RP Free for All: Chapter 17

"I rather not die in their hands. You can stand here and continue to question me or we can talk elsewhere that is safer." He bluntly said.

The party hears screeching in the distance as it grew alarmingly closer. A white van drifted to a stop near them as the door swings open.

"Get in!" Mark yelled.

Xhiero winced from the hug and gently patted Lexa's back. He grabbed into the top of a nearby table and pulled himself up.

"We should get out of here."

"Yeah yeah, if you want candy that can be arranged later. Now get in the damn van." He rolled his eye at Susan.

Xhiero smiled at Lexa.

"I think I am much to tall and heavy for you to support." He bite his lip and continued to limp towards the door. He frowned feeling bad for having Lexa healed him so much. Xhiero sighed as he made it to the van and rolled into it.


Once everyone was inside and the the doors closed, Mark sped off towards Azazel's house before a large group men caught sight of them. He skidded to a stop at the front porch.

"That was close..."

The member 'Xhiero/Val' has done the following action : Roll them dice!

"Whao, little girl. Have we met before why are you so attached to me." He grinned and patted her head before sliding out of the van. Mark nodded to Azazel.

"It's a pleasure helping you. Gatta make sure my customers are alive to give us good reviews." He smiled.

Mark turned to Susan and sigh.

"Look, madwoman. I am a man. A man named Mark. Who else do you think I am?" He gaze down at the child then back at Susan.

"That might help. I would like to use the restroom. That was really scary thing I did. I need to go empty out my bladder."

The man continues to glare at Azazel but lets out a sigh.

"I usually only obey my captain. The order we work for came suddenly and forced this mission upon us. Orders were to kill that man and bring back his corpse. That enough for you?"

Val watched as Lexa quickly cling to the strange man as Susan interrogate him. His eyes shifted back to Xhiero who was a blood mess in the corner of the van.

"I should...probably do something about that. Yup." He walked over to Xhiero and tried to lift him over his shoulder.

"Off to bed you go, future brother in law."

"As her guardians you should keep a better eye on her then." Mark laughed.

"Actually our captain...hasn't been doing his job lately. That is why they came here to get work done themselves. He...He's been disappearing a lot quite often and leaving us to fend for ourselves against the high ups. Now his crew obeys his bosses."

He cleared his throat.

"You don't have to worry about me. You spared my life...so you have control over me now."

"I'd like to clean this bloody mess out of my van first before I left..." Mark points at the puddle of blood in the back.

"Kain." His teeth clenched. "Kain Valentine."
