"How helpful of you." She muses studying the room in an attempt to hide the color that has refused to leave her cheeks.

"Is it getting too hot in here, darling? You are turning a few shades redder."

"I just felt like spoiling you." Xhiero smiled and flicked her nose. He dipped his finger into the frosting of her cupcake and licks it off his finger.

The bedroom door burst open as Sloan walked in and sat down at the bottom of the bed.

"What have you two been up too? Just laying around..." His eyes moved to the cupcakes as he made a disgusted face. "Getting some pounds and diabetes. Sounds like a fun day."

Xhiero growled when Sloan entered.

"Don't you ever knock you damn elf."

"Hmmm...nope."

"One thing in this room is too hot for me..." Susan replies with a cocky grin, before pretending to lose her balance and falling forward, using Val's shoulders to steady herself.

"Or perhaps the alcohol has gone to my head." She whispers in his ear with an amused chuckle before kissing his neck.

"What have you two love birds been doing? The house is awfully quiet and boring now. Why is there a faint smell of burnt food in the kitchen."

"I hope the alcohol isn't getting into your head. It might have been a better idea if we both stayed home." He lifted her head back up with his finger and kissed her on the lips.

He looks between Azazel and Xhiero not believing her words.

"....ah. You guys distracted each other didn't you."

Sloan stretched his arms upward and laid down the bed.

"Get off the damn bed. We gave you your own bed." Xhiero growled and grabbed Sloan by the collar, pulling him off the bed and onto the ground.

"Yes, but it gets so lonely sleeping on a big bed by yourself." He smiled.

"I chose my clothing wisely this time." He smiled and takes another long drink from his glass.

"Don't touch me. Your boyfriend might get jealous." He turned around and grinned.

"There's nothing to be jealous of when she touches me more then she does you." Xhiero said as calmly as he could but there is a hint of aggression in his tone.

Suddenly, there is a knock on the door and Azazel groans, rolling out of bed. "Now what?"

She leaves the room and from down the hall Sloan and Xhiero hear her shout, angry as usual. "What the fuck are doing here? Let me go."

As Xhiero and Sloan move around to the front of the house, they spot a dimensional door sitting open in the front yard. A group of men, dressed in matching dull grey plate, exit the house pulling along a struggling Azazel whose hands are bound.
