One man holds a hand out as Xhiero attacks and a magical shield appears between them, causing Xhiero's scythe to bounce off ineffectually. Sloan has a feeling this guy is also in control of the portal.
"We are taking this monster to the Winter Court to be judged for her heinous crimes against the innocent faeries of Underhill," the same man says calmly.
"I have not even been to Underhill in ages!" Azazel starts struggling again, throwing her head back into the nose of the man holding her. He grunts and shakes Azazel roughly. "Cease your struggling, woman."

The man that seems to be the leader sighs. "I am only tasked with retrieving her. I don't know all the details, but she is wanted for the murder of numerous faeries. I do not have the authority to release her. If you wish to make an appeal for her you may take the journey to Underhill, within the Feywilds."

The wizard, Zieffar del'Mar, steps in. It appears as though he had just arrived for a visit, overhearing a piece of the conversation and catching a glimpse of Azazel being apprehended.
"It would only be right to allow for adequate defense, don't you agree? You seem to be civil and upstanding, will you allow us to use your portals and occupy the accused?"

The leader nods towards his men who begin to push Azazel towards the dimensional door.
She lunges again, but towards her companions this time and whispers frantically, "Eat nothing."

Before you sits a long, straight road paved in intricately carved stones. Further ahead there is a single intersection leading deeper into the two unbelievable areas on either side of the road.
On one side there are lush, green fields and bright, colorful flowers and other foliage bathed in a warm glow from the bright sun shining above. The other side, however, is covered in snow and far darker, the only light proved by a full moon in a star speckled night sky. The snow covered landscape is peppered with bare trees and thick brush, also covered in piles of snow.
The group of soldiers take the path leading into the snowy fields. Off into the distance, some manner of civilization can be seen.

As the group approaches the city ahead, you start to see more people. To those of you have have interacted with them, the people here look similar to eladrin and all possess an ethereal type of beauty. Several of them stop what they're doing to look at your group and whisper amongst each other.
The buildings here all have a natural, organic feel to them with lots of plants, woods, and stones. Straight ahead of you sits a massive tree that towers over the rest of the town.

When none of their escort answer, Azazel sighs. "Faeries are closely bound to nature. The tree holds power, but I do not know all the details. They do not like to share secrets."
