Eyes snapping open, Susan leaps back with a small squeak, managing to avoid falling off the bed this time.
"Typically, I only sleep in a bed if Val is around to insist I do so. Otherwise, when by myself I just keep working until I pass out somewhere." Rubbing her head to ease the oncoming headache, she continues.
"Did I wake you again? Clearly, I either need to build a wall, or actually make it to the damned couch before I pass out... sorry about this." She mumbles sheepishly.

Aden stretches and yawns rather loudly. "I was already awake," he yawns again. "Working until you pass out? Sounds like a sad little life you have there."

"Then don't allow me to just invade your personal space!" Susan shoots him a small glare.
She shrugs when he refers to her life as sad.
"I do enjoyable things in the daytime then get my work done at night. I do not see why that is sad... Besides, I like what I work on. I created my remote by staying up all night! .... Although Val made one and he sleeps all the damn time... is he smarter than me?"
