    "The downfall of sharing the same weakness." Xhiero sigh. "Or I can grow a mint garden."

    He stuck his tongue our at her. Xhiero retreated out of her room towards the pool area to map out the project.

    Val's finger almost get caught by her set of teeth but pulls away barely. He winces and stopped teasing her.

    "Have you had your fill of Vitamin D yet? Or would you like to stay here longer."

    Val's ears twitched at the sound of someone behind him. He turns around and tries to block Susan from the flying ice box.

    Susan blinks at the sound of ice crashing to the ground next to them. Turning to see the person responsible for the commotion, she grins when she sees Aden.


    "Look who finally came to get his cut of the loot. You ran off without anyone healing you. Are you alright? Are you still injured?"

    Aden's eye twitches. "I shouldn't have had to come to get my share, if you jackasses hadn't left me behind!"

    He stands up perfectly straight and pats himself over as a demonstration. "I'm perfectly fine no thanks to any of you and that's what I get for helping. Lesson learned." He folds his arms across he chest and humps. "I am here for my payment as well or have you forgotten with all your lovey-dovey crap."

    Azazel shakes her head and mumbles, "Stupid mint."

    Spotting the outfit she was looking for, Azazel lets out a triumphant shout and tugs on the cloth. However, it seems to be stuck. "Get down here, you." She growls and pulls with all her strength.

    She successfully pulls it free, but the heavy iron maul that was holding the cloth down comes along with it. It hits her right on the head and knocks her out.

    "Of course he is alright. He just threw a box of ice at us." Val stands in front of Susan protectively.

    "It was your fault for roaming around after we told you to get in the van. 'Nooooo, I have to go pick on more guards and steal the party goers money.'" The demon crossed his arms.

    "So we are not to blame! AND don't throw things at my girlfriend!"

    Xhiero began to layout construction with some rope and chalk. He gathered the stones that were to be used and wiped the sweat from his forehead.

    "Wonder what she is doing...." He looked up at the window where Azazel's room was. There was a strong feeling to go check up on her. Xhiero put down his tools and walked back to Azazel's room to find her passed out on the floor.

    "What are you doing, idiot." He said angrily as he carried her to her bed and set her down. His expression more concern then angry. Xhiero starts to cast a healing spell on her head.

    Susan waves her arms frustratedly.

    "The little girl was not out only healer." Susan replies with a roll of her eyes.


    "Also, I get the distinct impression that you don't reallyly mind nudity. So, I don't think that is the most valid excuse."


    She turns to Val and raises an eyebrow.


    "Is your friend always this frustrating?" Attempting to massage away a rapidly growing headache, she sighs.


    "This argument is silly. You should not have done something so risky without meeting up with the rest of the party or getting healed, and, perhaps,  we should have waited longer for you. Or at least made sure you were alright before leaving. However, you are alive and well, and most importantly, we have your cut of the loot waiting for you. So, let's stop arguing like petulant teenagers, and go get your money."


    With that Susan turns on her heel and stalks towards the house.

    Aden rolls his eyes. His point was not getting across, which was adding to his frustration. A sigh escapes him, he's tired and has grown greatly bored of this argument. Silently, though a bit reluctantly, he follows Susan so he can quickly get away.

    So long as the people can contain their lovey dovey attitudes until he's done then everything should be fine.

    "Presuming that it hasn't been mysteriously replaced with shiny rocks, your money should be in here. Try not to steal any of Azazel's things, she can be pretty touchy about that."

    "You ruined my date you little brat. Stop blaming us for your screw up. What kind of a person runs off during a heist when their job is done." He lets go of his grip. The demon walks off to to retrieve the money. Returning moments later and tossing a bag with 500 gold to Aden.

    "There. You happy now?"

    Xhiero let out a sigh of relief when Azazel woke up.

    "Not really. More like a closet hit my lover." He patted her head. "Does it still hurt? What were you digging for?"

    Azazel's eyes briefly look away. "Nothing in particular."

    She gently prods at her forehead. "Seems to be okay. Perks of my boyfriend being able to heal I suppose. I am going to get spoiled."

    Rolling out of bed, she swiftly shuts her closet and tugs Xhiero towards the bedroom door. "Shall we get to work on that firepit?"

    Azazel lifts up a large rock, but only for a second before it slips out of her grasp and onto her foot. Letting out a stream of swears, she kicks the offending stone.
