    "First the kidnappings and now transformations." He sigh.

    "Did you wish too hard for something interesting to happen while you were bored in your room. I think it worked." He placed a hand over her's and kissed it.

    "Now I know, never to go into that forsaken room for a medical kit. There should be one in my room. I'll go patch myself up. Get some rest." He placed his hand on her jawline and kissed her.

    "That room should be quarantined.." She mutters before returning his kiss. "I should have a kit here."


    She heads over to her bag, digging for a moment, before tossing the kit to him. "Do you need help?"

    "I should be able to patch myself up...except for the back. If you don't mind..." He pulled off his shirt and digs through he kit for some bandages. Xhiero starts to wrap the cut on his arms. He bit one end of the cloth with his teeth to tie a knot.

    "Of course." Azazel grabs some supplies and moves behind him. She disinfects his wounds before rubbing on some healing salve and covering it with a bandage.


    After she is done, she runs her hands over his shoulders and leans over to kiss his cheek. "All done."

    "Thanks." He smiled and turns around to hand her back the kit. He leans into kiss her but stops.

    "This is awkward." Xhiero laughed. "Must be a very strange view from your eyes. I'll try my best to hold back until something fixes this."

    She stashes the healing kit back in her bag, stifling a yawn.

    "Bed time for a certain demon?" He teased and wrapped his arms around her waist. Xhiero pulled her towards the bed backwards. He dropped his entire weight backwards pulling her with him.

    "Maybe." Azazel twists into a more comfortable position, curls into Xhiero's side. "I do seem to sleep better with you here.."


    She yawns again and pulls a blanket over them before closing her eyes.

    Xhiero holds her close and rest his chin gently over her head. He close his eyes to convince himself to sleep. It took a couple tries before it finally worked.

    A couple hours passed, Xhiero's eyes bolted open. He untangled himself from Azazel and cupped his face in his hand. Feeling beads of sweat running down his face.

    "Not again..." He whispered to himself. As best as he could, he crawled out of the bed and readjusted the blanket over Azazel. Leaving a gentle kiss on her forehead before retreating out of her room. Xhiero return to the sparring room to punch at the dummies, keeping his mind off of things.

    Azazel groans as she awakes, turning over to bury her face into the pillow. Her arm stretches out to the side and she frowns when she finds the bed cold and empty. She lifts her head to look out the window, finding it to be daylight already.


    Rolling out of bed she runs a hand through her hair, which really only serves to make the tresses more of a mess. She makes her way down into the kitchen to grab something to eat, settling on a piece of toast, before going to look for Xhiero, eventually finding him in the basement.


    "This is a bit of a role reversal. Normally I am the one punching things early in the morning. Is something wrong?"

    He stopped and turned around to look at Azazel with a smile.

    "I could sleep. One of those days with nightmares." He grabbed a towel to wipe his face and walked over towards her. Leaning towards her lips but dives down and bites a piece of her toast. As he straighten up, he kissed her.

    "Delicious."

    "Ah, yes. Those I understand. Especially recently." She shakes her head, wanting to rid herself of the topic.


    She hands him a piece of her toast and smirks. "Toast I can do. Though you should probably eat something more substantial after such a workout." She grabs his hand and walks up to the kitchen.


    She gently pushes him into a nearby chair and hunts through the kitchen, triangle of toast hanging out of her mouth.

    Xhiero tries to fight back but eventually gets dragged and shoved into a chair.

    "Are you going to try and cook something?" He gave her a sly smile. Xhiero eyes the piece of toast in her mouth. He misty step in front of her. Hands place at her waist as he playfully bites the toast and tugs it.

    Susan finally finishes her book as daylight streams through the window. She looks down at Val with an arched eyebrow.

    "And just now long do you plan to sleep?"

    With a sigh, attempts to gently set him on the bed without waking him. She slips downstairs and heads to the bar. Helping herself to a drink, she sits back and watches a robot penguin putter around the room.

    "I should go get Astrix..." She murmurs to herself as she takes a sip of her drink.

    The fox slowly wakes up after being moved. It groggily pounced onto Susan's shoulder, almost missing and falling off. It climbed the rest of the way up and curled around her neck. Going back to sleep.

    Azazel raises an eyebrow and tears off a piece of the toast with her teeth, letting Xhiero take the rest. "Well, I was until someone decided to be a distraction." 


    "What happened to 'holding back until something fixes this'? Not that I am complaining." She kisses him briefly before returning to her hunt. 


    "Hmm, do you like bacon? Maybe some potatoes.. I should probably stay away from eggs..." She trails off seemingly more talking to herself.

    "Why aren't you sleeping in the perfectly comfortable bed that I left you in?"

    He pulled the rest of the toast out from his mouth and rubbed the back of his head.

    "I couldn't resist."

    He watched as she goes back to her hunt. As sneakily as he could he grabbed a few potatoes and starts preparing them.

    "I rather be with you. Sleeping on you is more comfortable and warm."

    Azazel pulls out some bacon out of the fridge and heads to the stove. She smirks at Xhiero's attempt at stealth, "I do not think there is a sneaky way to chop potatoes."


    She grabs a pan and fires up the stove before laying the bacon in the skillet, hissing as the grease pops and hits her arm.
