Xhiero laughed when she caught him but continue with his cooking. He moved to the empty slot on the stove next to her to make rosemary potatoes. Glancing at her from the corner of his eye as she worked. He tries not to grin to wide at her attempt.

Despite the distraction he makes the best potatoes that morning. Xhiero arrange the food into two plates. Noticing the browner bacon at the bottom of the pile he sticks on into his mouth. He piled more of the brown bacon into his plate.
"Here you go, my love." He hands her share and goes to the table to eat. "Thanks for the food. I like things more on the burnt side, how did you know."

"Uh huh." Azazel eyes him skeptically as she grabs her plate and sits at the table. "Well, you picked the right woman if you like burnt food."
She pops a potato in her mouth, chewing slowly to savor the flavor. She stares at Xhiero and shakes her head. "These are amazing. I will never understand how you do it."

"Lucky me. She's such a perfect woman, I don't think I deserve someone like her." He smiled and picked up another pieces of bacon and bites it. Eating all the bacon first before moving to his potatoes.
"I can ask the same about you and your fighting. I will never understand how you can hit so hard, but that is not a bad thing." He poured her a glass of chocolate milk and slid it in front of her plate.
"He seems content here. I am starting to wonder if he wants to go back home." Val jumped from her shoulders to the ground and turned back into a human. It suddenly felt chilly. He looked down to find himself naked.
"I forgot to put clothes back on....Be right back." He walked towards the locker rooms and grabbed a white robe.
"I can ask the same about you and your fighting. I will never understand how you can hit so hard, but that is not a bad thing." He poured her a glass of chocolate milk and slid it in front of her plate.

"Knowing that he is still alive is unsettling." He placed the towel down but calm down in her embrace. Xhiero wrapped his arms around her shoulder and pulled her close.

A shiver went up his spine when she licked his neck. He suddenly felt his body grow weak. Xhiero bit his bottom lip.
"Going straight for my weakness?" He lifted her chin up with his finger. "I have to start fighting back and defending myself."

He raises an eyebrow as Val returns.

Caught by Azazel's kiss, Xhiero gives into it. He pulls away to gasp for air before returning to her. His hand stroke the side of her cheek as the other playfully traced the hem of her pants.
