With a cheerful smile, the halfling leans below the desk and lifts a small box; She sets it down before the party. "First, I may suggest visiting our rental shop to your right if you have not yet done so. A trip in to the Tomb of Horrors could potentially last a few days, and you will want to make sure you are completely comfortable on your trip!"
The halfling than opens the box and pulls out a medallion. On the medallion is a large green crystal on the front, and on the back appears to have the circular outline of a button. Though the medallion looks to be made of ornate gold, it doesn't take much inspection to detect that it is fake. "This here is a Magic Medallion of Life! Despite the name, the Tomb of Horrors has now been made friendly for all, thanks to clever magic and daring heroes. With this medallion, it allows you to be protected from the tomb's once malevolent traps!
When you are in the tomb, each adventurer is granted one extra 'life', should they fall prey to one of the many traps. They will be re-materialized instantly to the nearest safe location. By breaking the crystal, you can also return to safety should you find yourself stuck with no way of escape. On the back of the medallion, you have a small button, where you will be teleported out of the dungeon, and exit through our gift shop!
Entry fees per adventurer is 100g, and we recommend at least four to six party members, though more is acceptable. And of course.. the prizes!
Within the tomb, any and all treasure you find will be yours to keep!"
Klumn raises a hand and asks, "We have more party members coming along that may be a tad late, can they join us mid-delve?"
The halfling smiles and nods. "Why yes! I simply need to enscribe a party name and they will be linked to your adventure. Each party has their own individual experience of the tomb, so they will be able to catch up easily. Do I have a name I can write you all down for?"
