The glow fades from Lexa's eyes and she scurries down the statue examining Susan with a worried look before gently casting Cure Wounds.
As the spell works Susan's pleasant but dopey smile is replaced by an annoyed scowl. Rolling her eyes she lights a cigarette and pats Lexa on the head.
"Thanks kid." She says with a smirk before looking at Azazel. "Why do I always embarrass myself around you when I am impaired?"
[Thanks for putting up with my sudden bought of 'niceness'. Have this box of chocolates as an expression of my gradittude. However, in order to avoid seeming too kind, exactly one of these pieces of chocolate has been trapped. (Fear not, it isn't poison, that would be boring.) Good luck!
"How the hell do you trap chocolate?" Azazel stares at the box for a minute before changing into some clothes and running to the kitchen to grab a plate. After returning, she dumps the entire box of candy onto the plate and analyzes every piece.
"I need a tester. Where is Sloan when you need him?"
The chocolate is sublimely delicious. The rich chocolate melts and coats the tongue with a perfectly silky mixture of sweetness and slight bitterness. Azazel's skin tingles for a moment... odd....
Lexa chooses this moment to timidly knock on Azazel's door.
Lexa stands outside the room with chocolate milk and fruit on a little platter, smiling brightly. However, when she looks up at Azazel, her eyes widen and she rapidly backs away.
