    "I could still take them in just panties and an oversized shirt." Azazel grins and takes Xhiero's hand with her unbloodied one and returns downstairs. She heads outside and kneels in the snow to clean the dagger before handing it back to Sloan.

    "So, who can portal us out of here?"

    "Thanks, love." Sloan smiled and tucked his dagger away. His eyes shifted to Susan.

    "I am the last person to ask for portals."

    Xhiero pulled out his key and opened a portal back to Azazel's house.

    "I'll make sure to close it once we all get through..."

    Azazel wastes no time running through the portal. After everyone comes back through she says, "Come with me, please," and motions everyone to follow her downstairs into her armory.

    Azazel rolls her eyes. "I would not mess up my armory killing you."

    She grabs a dagger from a table and slices her hand before moving to a heavy iron door, grasping the knob with her bloodied hand. The door cracks open and she slides into the room, rooting around for a moment before emerging.

    Azazel hands Sloan a pair of leather gloves; Susan a smooth, pearlescent stone; Zieffar a pair of elegantly embroidered gloves; and slides a ring onto Xhiero's finger.

    "I appreciate all of your help. Please accept this as payment, in addition to help any of you may need in the future."

    "You didn't have to give me a reward for this. However I won't turn down your offer for future assistance. I will need it." Sloan smiled. He walked up to Susan and pulled his cloak off of her.

    "I'll be taking that back, love. It was a pleasure working with you." The Drow bowed to everyone before disappearing in a cloud of darkness.

    Xhiero looked at the ring Azazel had slipped onto his finger.

    "I thought you didn't want to get married." He chuckled and pecked her on the cheek.

    "You didn't have to give me anything. I am always at your side."

    "I..see." He scratched his cheek and turned away.

    "You don't have to force yourself to. I am content with being by your side married or not." Xhiero cleared his throat and headed for the exit.

    "I'll go back you some food."

    "Oh my, I do so hope I receive an invitation to the wedding." Susan says with a grin as she examines the stone.

    "This is lovely, thank you. However, please do not think I require payment for helping you. Just try to avoid getting arrested in the future, eh? Or at least try not to do so when I'm about to get laid."

    After a bath and finding some clean pajamas, Azazel heads downstairs to the kitchen and takes a seat at the island. "It will be nice to have some food that is not faerie made nor sends me into a frothing rage."

    "Hopefully he went back home.... However, this seems to be a ploy to get some alone time with your new fiancee, perhaps to do some wedding planning? So I shall leave you lovebirds alone." She teases before opening a dimensional door and hopping through, reappearing in the lab.

    "Val? Are you home?"

    She looks over all the treats on the table before grabbing a spoonful of chocolate mousse and holding it out to Xhiero.
