Silently you creep through the door. This rickety structure is occupied by four horses that shuffle nervously at your entry. Portions of the room have been sectioned off into stalls, and the northernmost portion is open to the mine buildings above, a railed balcony looking down and the scored wood of an old chute descending from it. A portion of the shed’s ceiling has collapsed above one of the stalls leaving a gaping hole. On the other end of the room, you hear the sounds of someone brushing one of the horses. It doesn't seem that whoever is in the room with you has noticed you enter, yet. One of the horses stares at you, with unfriendly eyes. It doesn't seem that it'll let you pass through it's space.

Troy scowls at the horse blocking his way, but as he's staring at the horse an idea pops into his head. A rare devious smile spreads across his face.
He conjures up the sounds of an illusionary firecracker within the stable, accompanied by a shower of sparks just within the horses' field of vision.

Amidst the flashing of the fireworks, you catch a glimpse of a halfling in the stables, who was utterly startled by the event. Ice swirls around the room. The halfling brother takes 11 damage! Crumnley swoops in from behind Troy, and fires at the psychopath, dealing 17 damage!
