    Xhiero sits at the counter and watches her.

    "Do you know how to make a sundae?" He grins as he watch her set up toppings onto the kitchen counter. Xhiero sprayed some whip cream into his finger and dips it into his mouth.

    Azazel makes a face and sticks her tongue out. "Of course I can make a sundae. That is like asking if I can prepare cereal."

    Grabbing a bowl, she slices a banana down the middle and puts it on either of the bowl before sciooping ice cream between the slices. She swipes the whipped cream from Xhiero with a smirk and makes swirls on top before drizzling chocolate and sprinkles on top. Finally topping it with a cherry, she slides the sundae in front of Xhiero and hands him a spoon. "Tada."

    "Thank you, love." He smiled and accepted the spoon. "I wouldn't mind living off of ice cream every day. That would make your life a little less frustrating."

    Xhiero scoops up a heaping spoonful of ice cream and sticks it into his mouth. His spoon picks up more and holds it towards Azazel.

    Azazel stares at the spoon dubiously and points out, "Every time you offer me food it ends up all over my face." Regardless, she slowly moves in to take the offered bite.

    "Sorry, he hasn't been in the best mood today." She gives Aden a sideways glance.
    "And you, are you sure you are uninjured?"



    As Val closes his eyes, someone nervously knocks on his bedroom door.

    As Azazel moves in for the bite, Xhiero doesn't move the spoon.

    "See no food on your face." He retracts the spoon and scoops another to feed himself.

    "Gonna make one for yourself or did you want to share?"

    Val was about to drift off to sleep when he heard the knock on his door.

    "What is it now...." He groaned and rolled off the bed. Slowly dragging himself towards the door. The demon opened the door and stared at whoever was knocking.

    "What do you want?"

    A very nervous intern, now sporting a lovely black eye, is waiting at the door. Looking up at Val, he clears his throat then begins babbling.


    "I... I... I came because I wanted to apologize..I was out of line, I am sorry."

    "Are we going to keep sharing from now on?" He laughed.

    Xhiero grew silent at the other questions.

    "Someone or something threw a rock at me. I feel as if they are still there, but as of the moment they may not."

    Val stared at intern who was now a mess. The demon rubbed his temples and grabbed the intern by the collar of his shirt and dragged him into the room. Val closed the door and continue to drag the man towards his bed and sit him on the mattress.

    "Stay there or I will eat you alive." Val points a finger at him and goes through is bag, pulling out a small kit full of vials. He uncorks a vial and dabs it over a piece of cloth before slap it over the intern's eye.

    "Hold it there. The ointment will speed up the healing process." Val poured some of the liquid into a smaller vial and handed to Fluffernutter. "Apply it on your eye every night until it is healed."

    "You are forgiven, now can you let me rest in peace?" He points towards the door for Fluffernutter to leave.

    Azazel sets her spoon down and pats Xhiero's head. "Finish your ice cream before it melts."

    Heading back into the yard, Azazel wanders into the forrest near the area she saw Xhiero staring earlier. She looks around for any signs of people.

    "Thank you. I think I may have misjudged you, forgive me." Standing up he nods at Val before scurrying out the door.

    Azazel doesn't sense or feel anything out there. Whatever it is must have left the area.

    Meanwhile Xhiero sits in the kitchen finishing his ice cream. He begins to clean up the kitchen and wash the bowl. A shadowy figure lurks behind him with the iron maul that had been removed from Azazel's closet. It raised the weapon above its head, ready to bring it down upon Xhiero.

    "I hope you learned your lesson, punk!" Val yelled out after the intern and closed his door. Heading back towards his bed and falling onto the mattress face first.

    The iron maul comes into contact with the back of Xhiero's head. He does not go unconscious but feels something dripping down his face. Blood. Xhiero tried to turn around to catch his attacker but his vision is hazy and dizzy. He ends up stumbling and falling over before he could see his attacker.

    The figure appears to be grinning as it raised the weapon again. Ready for a second attack.

    Azazel huffs and glares at the forrest as if it were the one throwing rocks. "I should have learned out to track."

    With nothing else to go on, Azazel has no choice but to return inside, unsuccessful. She heads into the kitchen to find Xhiero on the floor and a figure above him. With a growl she charges at the figure, tackling and pinning them to the ground.

    The maul drops to the ground when Azazel pins the figure to the wall. It tries to break free of her grab.
