As Azazel and the rest of the party head into the palace, one of the guards pulls out a sending stone.
"Captain, we have a sliiiight problem..."
The party finds itself in what appears to be some sort of foyer.
The decorations are quite simple and sparse for a palace. The traditional portraits of past kings line the walls, as well as tapestries meant to hold in heat. But, otherwise they are bare.

Lexa shrugs as she looks around the room with silent interest.
"Surely, they won't just let us wander aimlessly after Azazel threatened them. However, I'm not sure they can afford enough guards to create anything that constitutes a 'swarm'" Susan muses. "Either way, we should probably keep moving..."
Azazel spots a hallway leading deeper into the palace, a set of stairs heading up, and a set of stairs heading down. The smell of food wafts up from the lower staircase.

Not much is generally known about the castle itself. Typically its existence was overshadowed by the mysterious library. However, Rin vaguely recalls some zoning information had mentioned there was a large meeting room in the center of the castle.

Azazel has located the meeting room!
About 200 chairs are located facing the throne which rests upon a raised platform.
However, before Azazel can explore further, the click of a crossbow can be heard.
"Ma'am I am going to have to request that you drop your weapons." An annoyed man glares at Azazel, his voice sounding almost bored.

"...Charming."
Turning on his heel he faces Azazel again.
"As the Captain of an admittedly useless force of guards, I am required to carry a weapon you however, are not. Guests to the palace are not allowed to bring weapons, and certainly not guests who expect to gain an audience with the king. So I must request again. Drop your weapons, please."
Rin notices that this room has a shit ton of chairs!

Seeing where this was going Rin goes to the table and sits. She removes her sword and bow and places it on the table. She then sits back and watches.

"That was so much more difficult then it should have been," Rin mutters as she gets up.
"Excuse me guard," she gives him a slight bow, "I'm sorry for the trouble my acquaintance has been but may it be possible for us to see the king as soon as possible? We are on a bit of a tight schedule."

The man sighs and motions for Azazel and the others to follow him.
"Very well then, but I will have to accompany you."
He guides them to the back of the meeting room, and opens a simple unmarked door. It appears to lead into some sort of office.
